For Inflatable Ice Bath Tubs:

1. For minor issues such as small glue marks or minor leaks due to user error, we offer guidance on repair methods.

2. For significant defects like air leaks (not user-induced), kindly provide relevant pictures and videos. We will prioritize a replacement for you, and address the defect in subsequent product batches.

 

For Water Chillers:

​

1. If water circulation is an issue, please: 

​a) Inspect the filter for dirt. A simple cleaning might resolve the issue.

b) Check for air blockages. If suspected, power off the unit, open the filter casing, allow water to flow from the machine to the filter, then power on.

c) Listen for the water pump's operational sound to check its functionality.

1. While we don't offer commissioning or maintenance, our team is available for online technical support.

2. For any non-artificial defects, we provide free spare parts encompassing all equipment components.

3. Please note: The 20 MICRO filter element has a service life of 2 months.
